Located in Norwood on Morgantown Avenue and just within the city limits of Fairmont, West Virginia, lies an assembly of committed Christians whose singular goal is to glorify Jesus Christ. Nestled in the heart of the Allegheny Plateau region of the Appalachian Mountains, the City of Fairmont is a municipality of just over 20,000 souls, and is the largest municipality in Marion County. This area is

rich in “homespun” culture and simplicity. Many of the people are deeply religious, but it is often a religion where Christ is missing. Fairmont has earned the nickname “the friendly city”, and you will find that our church is the “friendly church” in the friendly city.
