🥎 What a season for the Spirit of Grace Softball Team!

Our team had a fantastic summer playing in River Falls—sharing plenty of laughs, great plays, and wonderful fellowship along the way.

We finished the season by taking on the first-place team in our last game, and what an exciting game it was! Spirit of Grace narrowly lost by just one run! We couldn’t be prouder of our team!

WE ARE HIRING! Spirit of Grace in River Falls is "leaning into" the call God has made on our community of faith, as we seek to hire someone to lead our children, youth, and family ministries. We are excited to add that person to our staff. It is a 10-15 hours/week position, to include Sunday worship. Hourly compensation is $21-25/hour based on qualifications. A list of specific duties can be obtained from the church office (715-425-6233).

🎉 Exciting news! On August 30th, Spirit of Grace Church voted to move forward with remodeling our sanctuary and gathering area!

Work is expected to begin in October. During construction, worship services will move to the lower-level Fellowship Hall. Sunday worship is always at 9:30 a.m., and all are welcome!

🌻 Mark your calendar for Gathering Day on Sunday, September 13! We’ll begin our new church year with a special Outdoor Worship Service at 9:30 a.m., followed by a potluck at the Carrie and Jon Main farm 📍N8660 770th St., River Falls WI.

We’re excited for what’s ahead—more details to come! 🌟

🏗️ Sanctuary & Gathering Area Remodel — Final Information Meeting & Congregational Vote

As we prepare to make an important decision about the future of our church building, we encourage all Spirit of Grace members to learn about the proposed Sanctuary and Gathering Area Remodel and have their questions answered before we vote.

📅 FINAL INFORMATION MEETING
TONIGHT — Tuesday, August 25 at 7:00 PM
📍 Spirit of Grace Sanctuary

This will be the final opportunity before the congregational vote to attend an information meeting in person. Members of the Building Committee will present the proposed floor plan and perspective views and will be available to answer your questions.

Our congregation will vote on whether to move forward with the proposed remodeling of our Sanctuary and Gathering Area. Members of the church are encouraged to be present to vote. Other remote or early voting options will not be available.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

At Spirit of Grace, we give thanks for their sacrifice and hold in prayer the families and loved ones who carry their memory forward. May we never forget the cost of the freedoms we enjoy, and may we strive to live with compassion, humility, and a commitment to peace.
