As we reflect on this past week, our hearts are filled with gratitude.
Thank you to every volunteer who gave their time, their talents, and their hearts to serve. Whether you greeted guests, prepared meals, directed parking, cleaned, prayed, donated, or quietly stepped in wherever help was needed, you made an incredible difference.
Thank you to Auble-Gillman Funeral Home for your guidance, professionalism, and compassionate partnership throughout this difficult time. Your care for the McWilliams family and our community was evident in every detail.
To our law enforcement officers, first responders, community leaders, neighboring churches, and every member of our community who came together with kindness and respect—thank you. The love shown over the past several days has been a powerful reminder that even in the deepest sorrow, we are never alone.
Most importantly, thank you to everyone who honored the McWilliams family with such dignity and respect. Your patience, your prayers, and your compassion created a beautiful space for family, friends, and our community to remember two precious lives.
As we close this chapter, we continue to hold the McWilliams family and all those affected in our prayers. Grief does not end when a service is over, and we ask that you continue to surround them with love and support in the days and months ahead.
Our church remains committed to being a place of hope, healing, and community. In the coming days, we'll begin sharing our regular ministries and events once again, continuing the work of loving God and serving our neighbors.
Thank you, Rittman. Your compassion has been a light in the darkness.
