The Youth Ministry will once again turn the parking lot into The Gen Now Drive-In Restaurant on Saturday, June 20! This annual fundraiser is one of the highlights of the summer at Freshwater because it's a great opportunity for us to come together as a church, have some fun, and support the 10 teens who are heading to Guatemala on a mission trip in July. Join us for our Women's Summer Book Club on the lawn! We'll be reading Jennie Allen's newest book The Lie You Don't Know You Believe. We'll meet for seven weeks on Thursday nights from 7-9pm at the fire pit behind the church offices. Bring your lawn chair or blanket! We'd love for you to commit to all seven weeks together, but we understand how busy summers can be. If you can't make it to every week, don't let that stop you from signing up! Many of them report for duty straight from work each evening, so we want to keep them mission-ready by providing meals throughout the week.
