🎨🇺🇸America 250-OH Community Event: The Art of Rittman 🇺🇸🎨

Celebrate Rittman being an America 250-OH Community, with May's Theme: “Ohio Creates: Arts, Culture & Literature” theme. Come enjoy a fun, interactive community art experience! Residents and visitors are invited to explore select landmarks throughout Rittman where art stations will be set up with basic supplies for you to create your own masterpiece inspired by that location. Paint, draw, sketch, or create however you feel inspired!

Participants can snap a photo of their artwork and scan the on-site QR code to have it uploaded it to our online community gallery, where local creativity will be showcased for everyone to enjoy. Want to leave your mark on Rittman history? You can also choose to leave your artwork behind to be collected and displayed at the Rittman Rec Center or City Hall. Of course, you are welcome to take your creation home too!

Come celebrate our community, creativity, and the places that make Rittman special—one masterpiece at a time! 🎨✨

What do our everyday choices reveal about our hearts?
In this Power Tracks session from Momentum Youth Conference 2025 called "MONEY MATTERS: Mastering Financial Stewardship," Ryan Bowell and Nick Deck explored big questions about justice, sacrifice and what truly matters when the stakes are high. It’s a reminder that stewardship isn’t just about money—it’s about how we value people, priorities and purpose.

2nd Corinthians 9 calls us to live with open hands-not calculating outcomes, but trusting God to use our generosity for His glory.
So before you give, serve or act this , pause and pray. Ask God to shape your heart, not just your decisions. THEN step out in faith knowing that true generosity reflects a heart transformed by grace.

This week, we remember three faithful former Encompass workers—Mike Volovski, Ruth Ann Martin, and Imogene Burk—whose lives were marked by decades of gospel ministry around the world. Though we grieve their passing, we rejoice that they are now in the presence of Jesus, whom they served so faithfully in the Central African Republic, Argentina, Brazil, and beyond.
