First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho In addition, your contributions help support local and foreign missions. We currently provide support to 14 mission activities.

Mission/Vision Statement: Through prayer and worship, we seek to be the people of God who will influence the community and the world with the Gospel by maturing believers, witnessing, and ministering in the community.

Contributions to our church support the work of the local church which includes ministering to the members of the church as well as the surrounding community. The local community outreach includes providing support to the homeless, those in need of clothing and household items, individuals caring for aging or ill family members, those who are grieving the loss of loved ones, people needing a quilt or blanket, and to various other ministries.

Our first Summer Wednesday Night of the season, Every Nation, One Family, was a wonderful evening of food, fellowship, and learning!

Church family and friends brought dishes representing different nations and cultures from around the world, creating a delicious opportunity to try new foods while sharing laughter, stories, and conversation around the table. We even enjoyed some friendly competition with yard games in the courtyard.

Throughout the evening, we were reminded that while we come from different backgrounds and experiences, we are united as one family in Christ. We also learned about the Joshua Project and the need to bring the hope of the Gospel to the more than 6,000 unreached people groups around the world.

Thank you to everyone who prepared food, participated, and helped make the evening such a special time together.

Join us for our next Summer Wednesday Night on June 17 for Transformed Not Conformed! We’ll be throwing it back to the 1980s with an 80s-themed costume party. You won’t want to miss it—it’s going to be TOTALLY RAD!
