Today’s message was taken from Hebrews 12:12–17. Throughout the sermon, one question kept coming back:

“Is what I’m getting really worth what I’m giving up?”

Before you sacrifice your peace, integrity, purpose, future, or relationship with God for something that only satisfies you temporarily, count the cost.

If what you’re getting isn’t worth what you’re giving up, DON’T MAKE THE TRADE!

We were truly blessed by two powerful messages today!

This morning at Shiloh in Ridgeway, Elder Antonio Hairston preached an encouraging message entitled, “I Survived the Fall.”

Then this afternoon at Freedom Church of the Triad, Bishop James F. Millner preached a timely message entitled, “Don’t Get Discouraged in the Delay!”

What a blessed day of worship, Word, and encouragement! God reminded us that we can survive the fall and stay encouraged through the delay!
