NBC was founded in 1906 by a band of African American Christians that were seeking to foster a community for the purpose of worship and spiritual development. For 108 years God has allowed this community to remain a place of hope for the hopeless and an oasis of spiritual resources for those that are thirsty for God's refreshing presence. Our church is a family church, seeking to minister to the t
otal person. We provide a friendly atmosphere, spirited worship experiences, and opportunity to serve for the sake of Christ. The members of NBC seek to worship God in spirit and in truth, and to operate in the spirit of unity, peace, and love. NBC is a place to grow spiritually through worship and the proclaiming of God's Word. We look forward to seeing you at NBC when the Spirit moves you in our direction!
