We often want to see Jesus as someone just like us, demanding no repentance. We're tempted to sanitize the cross and the gospel for public appeal. Paul warns against this, stating it empties the cross of its power. The message is meant to confront our sinful nature, highlighting the necessity of Jesus' sacrifice.

We had such an incredible day Sunday! We were able to dedicate 7 babies to the Lord and pray over them! Our church is full of new life!
