๐ธ Good afternoon, everyone! ๐ธ
We want to let our community know that we will be starting monthly grave cleanings beginning next week to help maintain the beauty and integrity of our grounds.
Recently, we've seen an increase in artificial decorations that do not comply with our cemetery guidelines. As a courtesy, we're asking that if you have any items at your loved one's gravesite you'd like to keep, please stop by this week to collect them before our cleanings begin. If you see this post, we would greatly appreciate you spreading the word to friends, family, or others who may be affected, as it is difficult for us to reach each individual family by phone.
We understand how meaningful it is to decorate and care for a loved one's resting place โ it's often an important part of the grieving process and a beautiful way to stay connected to those we've lost. Please know that we love and care deeply for every family we serve, and our goal is always to be supportive while also upholding the rules that help us maintain our cemetery for everyone.
As a reminder, our policy permits up to two artificial floral bouquets in a plastic or metal vase per gravesite; other artificial decorations are not permitted.
We kindly ask that sentimental or meaningful items not be left at the gravesite, as unfortunately, they may be subject to theft or removal.
Beginning in September, any items that do not comply with our guidelines will be removed and discarded during our monthly cleanings.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. ๐ If you have any questions about this policy or about specific decorations, please don't hesitate to reach out to our office at 610-929-2613. ๐๐๏ธ
