Yesterday, for in-person worship, Rev. Scott Engmann taught us a new way to see the word HUG. Honor. Understand. Grow.

Honor every part of the body of Christ based on the value of each person, regardless of their opinion, how they look, or where they are from.

Seek to Understand Gods design, because our individual uniqueness is critical to the full functioning of the body of Christ.

Grow together - strengthening the body as we operate as one, unified and focused on God’s kingdom values, his transformative kingdom initiatives.

Let us truly be the body of Christ as we work to live out this version of HUG!

Last week Pastor Scott spoke about the word LISTEN and the importance of being open to the changes God may call us to. This week we continued in that theme with the word GO. When God tells you something to do, you then need to GO and do it. Some times it's going new places like Abram and Sarai. Sometimes it is also waiting for the next instruction, again Like Abram and Sarai who had to GO and STOP several times at God's word before reaching their final destination. Through it all, God was with them. Where in life have you gone and found God there with you?
