If finally time! We are excited for this year’s 3rd Annual Rankin Community Juneteenth Celebration!

Antwon Rose II and Yvonne Spencer will be honored at the start with a mural, then we move outside for Music, FOOD TRUCKS Games, Vendors, Free hot dogs, Bike Rides, , a DJ.....sheesh, that’s alot..

But wait...There’s More....

Balafon West African Dance Ensemble is gonna get on up and get us all moving.......

Jordan Howard aka Livefromthecity is going to move us from with rhythm and rhymes......

And then our Brothers and Sisters of NASH.V.ILL are gonna take us from the Rock to the Soul!

There is SOO much to look forward to.. But thankfully the Chief of Freedom, Day Bracey is coming back to the 15104 to be MC for this Mothership Connection!

And look out for our first Official Juneteenth T-shirt designed by our very own Asata Brown!

We are so grateful for all our partners, especially our fantastic staff members here at RCC!! Thank you...
