Millbrook Baptist Church Millbrook Baptist Church is an open fellowship committed to growing in the Christian faith and to sharing the love of Christ with others.

Join us for worship every Sunday at 11:00, we’d love to have you with us! Welcome to Millbrook Baptist Church, a joyful, open community committed to growing in faith, embracing questions, and sharing God’s love. For 150 years, we've listened for God’s call and responded with compassion, creativity, and care. We believe every member is a minister and that faith is a journey, not a destination. Whether you join us for a season or a lifetime, in person or online, your presence honors us. We gather each Sunday at 11:00 AM for worship that blends the best of Christian traditions with the movement of the modern Spirit. We are affiliated with the Alliance of Baptists, the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, and the Raleigh Baptist Association; partnerships that enrich our mission and open doors for deeper engagement in local and global work. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time, returning after time away, or looking for a place to belong, we would love to meet you. Our ministers are always glad to listen, answer questions, and help you find a meaningful place within our community.

As we chatted about thriving on Sunday, Mary Allen doodled this image, one she equated with a thriving Spirit. I see an image of God’s possibilities. I wonder what kind of goodness a creature like the one in this picture might share with the world if they were shaped and molded by a loving, thriving congregation? I wonder what Millbrook might do to foster this kind of smile, this kind of belonging, this kind of ease for all we encounter? I, for one, would offer all I could - my tithe, my talent, my time, my Spirit - to make it so. What would you do?
