The playground here at Pisgah Community Church has been an outreach to families in our community for over a decade. It was started as a way to serve the community and ensure they had a safe, fun place to bring their families. Recently, however, we have been experiencing destruction on the playground. Vandalism, both basketball goals being torn down, our volleyball net torn up, tables and benches flipped or broken. This is very unfortunate and we are sad to see it. However The Lord doth provide! We have had a VERY gracious and generous person donate new basketball goals! While this is a HUGE blessing, and we are very thankful for it! We have to address the fact that this does not solve the issue of people coming and destroying the playground. If things continue, the church will be forced to close the playground to the public. This is the LAST thing we want to do, as I have stated, this was and has always been a gift to the community. However, if the vandalism continues, we will have no choice, our hand will be forced. So we would like to say THANK YOU to all of you who have visited the playground over the years. Thank you for always helping us keep it so nice for the whole community. We ask now, that you help us keep it that way as repairs and upgrades are being made. Help us keep it a beacon for families here on Pisgah Road and the surrounding areas. If you see someone being destructive, please let us know asap so we can have it handled expediently. We invite you all to come not only to the playground, but to also join us for Sunday morning worship at 10:30am and Thursday evening Bible study at 7:00pm. Thank you all again, God Bless You!
