Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church We belong to the Evangelical Lutheran Synod (ELS). Services held Sunday at 9am with Sunday school & adult Bible study following.

We are currently served by Pastor Webber. Church services are every Sunday at 9am with Sunday School & Adult Bible Study beginning at 10:30am.

On June 14, 1918 The Norwegian Synod of the American Evangelical Lutheran Church (now ELS) was organized at Lime Creek, IA. Rev. Bjug Harstad was elected the first President. Formal ratification of the Synod’s constitution would take place one year later.
