Hunger
There may be times when we let our lives distract us from the giver of our lives. We take for granted what is right in front of us and forget to give thanks to who holds it all together. If your experience is anything like mine, inevitably, hunger brings us back to God’s table. That holy hunger in our soul is impossible to ignore. We must feed it with God.

Germinate
We carry within ourselves our own seed bank, a reservoir of sparks of faith that when planted, grow us closer to God and to making the Kingdom of God present in our midst. Some of those seeds of faith germinate quickly because the right conditions are present. Other seeds lie dormant for years, germinating unexpectedly after the devastation of a spiritual wildfire which brings the searing heat needed to free those seeds.
