God's Word on 'Satan's Lies" (John 8:44-47) Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
(45) And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.
(46) Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?
(47) He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.
(2 Corinthians 11:3) But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
Pastor Greg's Point: Satan's target is your "MIND" And Satan's weapons are "LIES", Because Satan's purpose is "TO MAKE YOU IGNORANT OF GOD'S WILL," Because Satan knows that if you know God's Word, you will also know that God's Word reveals God's Will, And God's will my friend is "VICTORY" OVER SATAN AND ALL HIS DEMONS. Simply put, the truth will set you free.

God's Word on "FAITH" (Hebrews 11:6) But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
(Hebrews 11:1) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
(Matthew 17:20) And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
Pastor Greg's Point: Let's start the day off with faith believing that nothing is impossible with God by your side. But in order to do so you must first fill up with the Word of God. A good dose of the Holy Ghost goes a long way. Now if you are reading this devotional and would like to have the kind of faith to move your mountain of circumstances out of your way, and to feel the presence of God giving you a peacefulness and a calmness in your times of need.

God's Word on "ANXIETY" (Philippians 4:19) But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
(Romans 8:28) And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
(Proverbs 3:5-6) Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
(6) In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.
Pastor Greg's Point: We must understand that "ANXIETY" takes control of our lives when we are not willing to give control to GOD. Remember that "ANXIETY" is an attack of Satan, but if you are a Blood bought CHILD of GOD, then you are protected from that attack of "ANXIETY". So just relax because you are on the right path, Jesus said, "I AM THE WAY". I have decided to follow Jesus. How about you?

God's Word on "OBEDIENCE" (1 John 2:3-4) And hereby we do know that we know Him [Jesus Christ], if we keep His commandments. (4) He that saith, I know Him, and keepeth not His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
Pastor Greg's Point: Let's start this devotional off with a prayer. "Father God, I pray that you will fill our hearts full of a love for your WORD, and fill our minds with knowledge of your WORD, that all of our thoughts will be in obedience to your commandments. "Teach us Father God to always walk in TRUTH, in JESUS NAME AMEN"
As I read these scriptures, I can't help but to notice what John said, "if we say we know Christ and keep not His commandments, we are liars". Simply put, Jesus did not die on the Cross so that the world could continue to live a sinful life and then think for a moment that we are on the right path with Jesus the Christ. Church, wake up, we must obey God's Word, and we must be obedient to God's Word or suffer the consequences.
Let today be the day that you surrender your will for God's will. That begins by accepting Jesus the Christ as your personal Savior. So, I invite you to go to (John 3:14-16) and Read it and Believe it and Receive it. Next, open up the Word of God and begin to learn how-to walk-in obedience to Christ.

God's Word on "DISCOURAGEMENT" (Isaiah 40:28-31) Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.
(29) He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
(30) Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
(31) But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Pastor Greg's Point: The key is "wait upon the Lord" If you are feeling discouraged this morning, it is because Satan is trying to get your eyes off of the promise and on to the problem. So "dis" that demon and take courage in the Word of God. Also take courage that God is still in Control and in charge.

God's Word on "SATAN' (Ephesians 6:10-13) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
(11) Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
(12) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
(13) Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Pastor Greg's Point: Every day, if we are honest with ourselves, we fight "Satan's evil spirits OF "temptation" and the only way to overcome his attack is to put on "The Whole Armour of God" every day. Now, you may be asking yourself, what is this "ARMOUR"? The armour is the Word of God. Let's look at it this way. It is a "no-brainer" what will happen if you jump out of an airplane without a parachute, right? Likewise, starting your day without the Armor, (the Word of God) will produce the same results. "Destruction". Now, if you are reading this devotional and are ready to overcome Satan and all his demonic spirits, well then, I invite you to go to (John 3:14-16) and Read it and Believe it and Receive it. Next, open up the Word of God and begin to learn how to live a life free from the bo***ge of the enemy.

God's Word on "LAZINESS" (Hebrews 6:12) That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
(Proverbs 10:4-5) He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.
(5) He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame.
(1 Timothy 5:13) And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.
Pastor Greg's Point: God's Word is very clear about lazy people. They are into everything but God. If we truly want to be a Blessing to God and others, we need to be busy bees and not busy bodies. Give me a hand full of Faith Workers, and we'll change the world for Jesus. Give me a hand full of busy bodies and they will destroy the world.

God's Word on "BITTERNESS" (Romans 12:17-21) Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
{18} If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
{19} Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
{20} Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
{21} Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
Pastor Greg's Point: Just remember that if someone wrongs you and you turn around and do the same in return; then you are no better than they are, Church we must open our eyes and see that Satan is all about bitterness because "bitterness" is a "demon". But Jesus the Christ is all about forgiveness, because forgiveness is who Jesus the Christ is. "SO, WHO DO YOU WANT IN CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE"? Remember Bitterness Destroys and Forgiveness Restores.
Now with that being said, if you are ready to live a life free from the bo***ge of Satan and all his demonic spirits, well then, I invite you to go to (John 3;14-16) and Read it and Believe it and Receive it. Next, go into the Word of God and learn how to live a bo***ge free life.

Memorial Day, is a day to honor the sacrifice and loss of members of the military, died in service to the United States of America.
I would like to also remind everyone of the greatest sacrifice of all, and that is when Jesus the Christ gave His life freely, on the Cross for the sins of the world. Jesus died on the cross for all of humanity. Jesus the Christ won the greatest battle of all, defeating death, hell and the grave. I reckon it is probably not appropriate to tag this as a memorial, Because Jesus arose, defeating death, as well. My point is: Don't forget about the one that won the battle for your SOUL. So, please make sure that you have accepted Jesus' plan of Salvation, before it's too late.

God's Word on "ANGER" (James 1:19-20) Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
(20) For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
(Proverbs 15:1) A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.
Pastor Greg's Point: Church, before we can be used by GOD to reach the lost of the world, and to be used by GOD to change a sinner into a saint, we must NOT become angry Christians. Why, because angry Christians hate the sin and the sinner, but LOVING Christians hate the sin NOT the sinner. As Christians, we must follow the example that Jesus the Christ set before us by showing Love, Compassion and Understanding. Church, there is a battle going on inside of all of us, and it is "flesh vs Spirit". We must keep our eyes on Jesus the Christ, and the Word of God, so that the flesh will not win.
