Proud of Ben for his accomplishments!
Future Wildcat Spotlight: Benjamin Jones
Help us welcome Benjamin Jones, a senior at Caldwell County High School, who will be joining us this fall to study Mechanical Engineering!
Benjamin has cultivated an impressive high school career rooted in leadership, dedication, and hands-on experience. A four-year member of National FFA Organization, he has earned top recognition for his work, including being named the 2025 Kentucky State Winner in Vegetable Production Proficiency and achieving 1st place in both Vegetable Production and Diversified Horticulture at the Pennyrile Region level.
His passion for agriculture and leadership has also led him to be selected as a participant in the Institute of Future Agriculture Leaders (IFAL) and to attend the prestigious FFA Washington Leadership Conference in 2024, where he further developed his leadership and advocacy skills.
Beyond FFA, Benjamin is deeply involved in his school and community. He is a three-year member of NHS, FCA, and the Varsity Tiger Soccer Team, demonstrating both academic commitment and teamwork. He also serves as a Youth Representative on the Trinity Global Methodist Church Council, reflecting his dedication to service and leadership beyond the classroom.
With a strong foundation in leadership, agriculture, and teamwork, Benjamin is well-prepared to take on the challenges of engineering. We can’t wait to see the impact he’ll make here at UK Paducah.
Welcome to the Wildcat family, Benjamin!
