Rooted YG had one last night together before everyone starts their summer break, and oh my did we had fun!
- On the menu was burgers, hotdogs, fruit, beans, chips, salad, desserts, and pop, all our favorite summer foods!
- Our lesson was short but impactful! Aaron discussed not letting the summer distractions and fun cause us to slip away from focusing on Jesus and our walk with Him. He ecouraged the kids to launch into summer with a desire to grow even deeper in their desire to stay rooted & to spread little seeds of faith with their friends.
- Next up was our "Trade-up" game! Thank-you, so much to the town of Harmony, for playing along and helping create such a happy end of school memory for so many kids. The leaders were getting some pretty great laughs as we saw them truck across the lawn carrying a giant tv, arms full of treasures, and a literal DOG! Incredible!
