This Sunday, we will gather in worship and at the table. Join us as we begin our four week worship series "Forming a Family/Preparing a People," with our first worship "To Be a Blessing."

When God called Abram to step into the unknown, the blessing he received was never meant to be confined to his own family, his tribe, or his homeland. Abram was chosen to be a life-giving force for the entire world, challenging us to ask if we have limited our own God-given gifts to the comfortable borders of our local neighborhoods. From the promises of Genesis to Christ’s ultimate command to “go,” true faith requires us to step out rather than stay put with those who are already nearest to us. Today, we examine the boundaries we place on our lives and discover what it means to boldly carry God's grace far beyond our own front doors.

Join us for the next four weeks as we journey with Abraham and Sarah, discovering what it means to "Form a Family and Prepare a People."

The story of Abraham and Sarah is a complex journey of great faith, crippling fear, and a family learning to love in ways that invite the whole world in. Though their human wisdom often falls short, their lives reflect the persistent desire of God's people to faithfully follow Him. Their journey is a powerful reminder of what it means to receive a divine blessing so that we might become a blessing to others. As we enter the season after Pentecost, we look to these ancient examples of faith to guide the church in forming a family and preparing a people.

Rather than carrying the weight of the world alone, we are held by Christ's promise to always be with us as we transform from students into teachers. Empowered by the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, we are commissioned to step outward and share this divine mutuality with all nations. Today, we’ll explore what it means to live out a "Spirit in Partnership" and find true freedom, joy, and peace in the resurrection life of the church.

This unbound gift of truth gave early believers the sudden, undeniable confidence to lean forward, speak boldly, and draw a doubting crowd into the faith. How does this same empowering Spirit call us to step out of our own cloudiness and participate in God's work right where we are? Join us this Sunday for "Spirit Unbounded" as we explore Acts 2:1-21 and discover what extraordinary things happen when the Spirit gives us the clarity to truly understand one another.

Yet, in a world loud with division and the quiet weariness of aging, Jesus offers us the radical, resurrecting hope of an Advocate who abides with us forever. We follow a Savior we cannot physically touch, but we are anchored in the Easter promise that because He lives, we truly live—not just exist. Join us this Sunday to discover what it means to be held by the Triune God, and how returning to His commandments might be the very key to opening our eyes to His unending presence.

In a world where we rely on our GPS for every journey, it's hard to imagine setting off without knowing exactly where we are going. Yet in John 14, Jesus tells his disciples they already "know the way," revealing that the path to eternal life isn't a set of earthly coordinates, but a living person. Rather than pointing to a distant destination, Jesus models a revolutionary way of life defined by healing the broken, welcoming the outcast, crossing boundaries, and feeding the hungry.
