Lately, I feel like the Lord has been stirring something deep in my heart in this season of slowing down and resting.

For so long, I operated in survival mode… always moving, always doing, always pouring out. But in this season, God has been gently reminding me that rest isn’t wasted. Sometimes He does some of His deepest work in the quiet places.

And honestly? One of the things He’s been awakening in me again is the desire to create. 🤍

Not for performance.
Not for perfection.
Not to build a platform.

Just simply creating from a place of overflow.

As I’ve been making things for my own life, my own quiet time, and for my family this summer, I keep feeling this nudge to share them in case they encourage someone else too.

This summer, our family is going to spend 9 weeks walking through the Fruits of the Spirit together, and I created these little graphics/studies to help guide us through it. Nothing fancy — just simple tools to help keep our hearts centered on Jesus in the middle of everyday life.

So I wanted to share them here in case another family, mama, small group, or friend needed them too. ❤️

Sometimes the things God asks us to create aren’t meant to stay just for us. Sometimes they’re meant to become encouragement for someone else along the way.

Feel free to use them, share them, or walk through them with your own family this summer.

I cannot be the only one who needs the reminder that we have a God who sees us.

A God who sees beyond the smiles, the responsibilities, the striving, the pressure, and the exhaustion we try so hard to hide.

The world tells us to work harder, prove ourselves, achieve more, be noticed, be validated, and somehow earn our worth through performance. And if we’re not careful, we begin to believe our value is tied to how acknowledged we are by other people.

But Scripture reminds us of something so much deeper:
We are already fully seen by God.

El Roi — “The God Who Sees Me.”

He sees the hidden tears.
He sees the silent prayers.
He sees the disappointment, the insecurity, the loneliness, the weariness.

And yet… He still calls us loved.

We don’t have to perform for His attention.
We don’t have to earn His affection.
We don’t have to build an identity around the opinions of people because our identity was already spoken by the One who created us.

The world may overlook you.
People may misunderstand you.
But there is a loving God who sees you completely — and stays.

Rest in that today. 🤍

Lately, I’ve been creating these little “mindset shift” pages for myself during quiet time with the Lord.

Not because I have everything figured out… but because I’ve needed reminders.
Reminders of truth.
Reminders to slow down.
Reminders of who God says I am when fear, anxiety, pressure, insecurity, or exhaustion try to get louder than His voice.

What started as something personal slowly became something I felt led to share.

Because maybe I’m not the only one walking through seasons where I need truth right in front of me.
Maybe someone else needs the reminder too. 🤍

So I started turning these into printable encouragement sheets focused on things like:
• anxiety & depression
• fear
• people pleasing
• rest & protecting your margin
• using your gifts
• sharing your testimony
• worth & identity

They’re simple. Practical. Scripture-filled.
Just small tools to help re-center our minds on truth and bring our hearts back to Jesus.

If even one of these helps someone feel seen, encouraged, grounded, or reminded that they are deeply loved by God… then it’s worth sharing.

And truly — feel free to use them, save them, print them, send them to a friend, or share them with someone who may need encouragement. 🤍

Thank you for letting me share pieces of my own healing journey here too.

Today we celebrate a woman who has become such a vital part of The Well Project and our family — Rashonda Jordan 💙

It’s hard to put into words what you mean to all of us.

God knew exactly what this year would hold for The Well Project, for our team, and for our family. He knew the transitions, the stretching, the growth, and the moments where we would need steady, faith-filled people beside us — and He placed you there at exactly the right time.

You have been such a gift to this ministry through your wisdom, humility, faithfulness, encouragement, servant heart, and the way you so naturally point people back to Jesus.

But even beyond ministry… we are just so thankful to do LIFE with you and your family. Somewhere along the way, y’all stopped feeling like friends and started feeling like family.

Thank you for carrying so much with grace and loving people so deeply.

We pray this next year over your life is full of peace, joy, rest, strength, and confirmation of just how loved and valued you are.

Happy Birthday, Mama Ro. We love you BIG 💛

Ya’ll 😂😂

Transparency…

I’m on a journey to simplify our home and create more peace for our family.

Because the reality is… we GO. GO. GO.
Ministry. Homeschool. Sports. Travel. Events. Life.

And sometimes when life moves fast, things get overlooked.

Enter… the storage container cabinet. 😂

Listen. It was bad.

So naturally I asked ChatGPT to help me organize it and when I showed it the picture it responded with:

“This is not a storage container cabinet anymore. This is a lid-based hostage situation.” 💀😂

Honestly though… can we normalize this kind of transparency a little more?

Not everything is aesthetic bins and perfectly folded laundry and spotless houses all the time.

Sometimes it’s:
• cluttered cabinets
• survival mode systems
• piles waiting to be sorted
• and trying to create peace in the middle of very full lives

And that doesn’t mean we’re failing.

Lately, the Lord has really been teaching me that stewardship isn’t about perfection… it’s about intention.

Sometimes stewardship looks like prayer and quiet time.

And sometimes stewardship looks like finally throwing away the 37 random storage container lids with no matching bottoms. 😂

Can we be people who see each other beyond the highlight reels?

Because I have a feeling a lot more of us are living with “lid-based hostage situations” than we admit. 🤍

Lately, I’ve been looking around at the Body of Christ and seeing so much hidden pain. So many believers carrying heartbreak, anxiety, betrayal, grief, exhaustion, disappointment, loneliness, trauma, and silent battles behind their smiles.

And the truth is—just because someone loves Jesus doesn’t mean they are not hurting.

Scripture tells us in Galatians 6:2 to “carry one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” We were never meant to walk through hardship alone. The Church is called to be a place of compassion, prayer, healing, encouragement, and restoration—not a place where people feel pressured to pretend they’re okay.

Some of you are fighting battles no one else sees. Some of you are weary. Some of you are trying to hold onto faith with trembling hands.

But Psalm 34:18 reminds us:“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

If you’re hurting today, you do not have to carry it alone.

As a community, we want to pray with you and stand beside you. Whether your need is big or small, public or private—we believe prayer matters and that God still meets people in the middle of their pain.

How can we pray alongside you this week?Drop a comment, send a message, or simply leave a ❤️ if you’d rather us pray for you privately.

Someone, somewhere is depending on your yes.

You were not created by accident. You were called—intentionally, purposefully, and specifically by God.

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” – Ephesians 2:10

There are people you will reach that I never can. There are lives your obedience will impact that only your story can touch.

When you step into who God has called you to be…you don’t just change your life—you become part of changing someone else’s.

Your “yes” matters.Your calling matters.Your obedience has eternal impact.

The world constantly pulls our attention inward—
telling us to focus on ourselves, trust ourselves, and build our lives around our own strength.

But that’s not the Gospel.

This message right here is counter cultural in every way:

“She remembered who He is… and everything changed.”

Because everything changes when our focus shifts.

We were never meant to be the center.
We were never meant to be the source.

Scripture is clear:
“Apart from Me you can do nothing.” — John 15:5

When our focus is on ourselves, we strive, compare, control, and carry weight we were never meant to hold.
But when our focus turns to Him—everything aligns.

It’s not about trying harder…
it’s about remembering who He is.

And when we do, our identity becomes clear:

“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.” — Galatians 2:20
“For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.” — Colossians 3:3
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

We are His daughters
We are chosen
We are redeemed
We are made new

Not because of anything we’ve done…
but because of everything He already finished.

When we take our eyes off of self and fix them on Jesus,
everything changes.

“Conviction feels like offense when you don’t want to change.”

This isn’t coming from a place of judgment… it’s coming from a place of full transparency.

There was a time in my life where pride had a strong hold on me.
Humility felt like weakness.
Admitting I was wrong felt like failure.

And if I’m being really honest… people pleasing felt safe. Because if I could manage everyone else’s reactions, maybe I could protect myself from being hurt.

But that’s not freedom. That’s bo***ge dressed up as control.

God has been so faithful to show me that conviction isn’t condemnation—it’s an invitation. An invitation to grow, to surrender, to become more like Him.

As believers, we are not called to be comfortable… we are called to be transformed.

That means being willing to receive correction.
To pause instead of react.
To lay down pride and pick up humility.

It’s not easy. But it is good.

And on the other side of surrender is a freedom you can’t manufacture on your own.

Lord, keep my heart soft. Keep me teachable. And help me choose growth over pride every single time.
