Join with the Coalition of Powhatan Churches to help provide a THANKSGIVING COMPLETE MEAL for each family who comes to the Powhatan Food Pantry. You can help by filling a grocery bag with the following:

1 – 40 oz. can of sweet potatoes or yams
1 – 13 oz. box mashed potatoes
1 – 14 oz. can cranberry sauce
2 – 15 oz. cans corn
2 – 15 oz. cans green vegetable
2 – 10 oz. cans gravy
2 – 6 oz. boxes of stuffing mix
1 – box hot chocolate mix
1 – small box of tea bags or a jar of tea mix
1 – complete family dessert item (ex. brownie or cake mix)

If possible, add a $10.00 food gift card for other essentials. If you are able to completely fill a bag with all items, please mark it as “complete.”
If you prefer, you can donate Cash to help with the purchase of food and gift cards. Make checks payable to Powhatan Food Pantry.

We will be reading Randy Frazee's THE STORY, a highly acclaimed and easy to read version of the Bible that goes from Creation to the Second Coming in Revelation. New clothes, diapers, and supplies sent to the Afghan refugees at Fort Pickett. We concentrated on the needs of toddlers. Not pictured: $200 worth of disposable diapers and wipes. Many thanks to all who contributed!
