pandemic, we will have 2 worship services to choose from:

Traditional worship at 9:00 AM with the Choir leading worship. Blended Worship at 11:15 AM with a praise group leading, this blends traditional with
slightly more modern music. A screen is also used at this service.

Just a reminder that Portage First United Methodist Church at 2637 McCool Road will be serving a hot meal at 12:00pm-3:00pm. Please come and have a delightful candlelight luncheon. We are so committed to the theme of romance, even our bathrooms are lit by candles! We are serving spaghetti with meat sauce and macaroni and cheese! Canned fruit that still bears the remembrance of warm summer days in the orchard. Not to mention garlic bread prepared for you by the internationally renowned chefs in the Meijer frozen food section. Heater to golden and crispy with care. We also have chicken breasts seasoned with perfection (we used poultry seasoning for a sophisticated touch.) Wash it all down with the finest vintage if bottled water, or perhaps a cold glass of our raspberry iced tea made with the finest of powders! Best of all this Epicurean Feast is delightfully free! While supplies last!

Hey everyone, please share this information with as many as you can. Portage first United Methodist Church will be hosting a second free luncheon this Friday from 12 PM to 3 PM. As people continue to be displaced by the storm all are invited to come receive a hot meal. We do apologize ahead of time that it is unlikely we will have electricity. However we can promise friendship at hospitality in these difficult circumstances.
