Please be advised! You do not have to “register” to receive food… There is “ NO SIGN UP LIST ”
If you have visited a different Food Pantry in the last 30 days, you will not be eligible for service, until the next cycle (which is after 30 days of your last visit) If we are able to we will still provide a blessing bag to help get you by if you haven’t visited a Food Pantry within the last week …
For example, if we have Food Pantry on the 28th and you just visited a different Food Pantry not even five days ago we will not be able to serve you.

Again! You can only visit ONE FOOD PANTRY PER 30 days.. these are not our rules. I truly wish we could serve every single person without all the red tape however, that is the federal government’s rules. So in order to continue to serve y’all, we have to abide by those rules.
We serve Jefferson County residents only, if you need an application and would like to have one filled out PRIOR to arriving, we can send you one via text or email, all you need to do is TEXT the Food Pantry phone number and request an application please state if you need one in English, Spanish or Vietnamese. Prior to sending you the application I will request your full name and current phone number to double check and make sure you are not already in the system, if you’re in the system already there is no need for an application. Just show up for the next pantry, again as long as you have not already visited one in the last 30 days
In order to receive food we do go by your income HOWEVER, if you receive any type of government assistance, you will automatically qualify.
For example, if a household of two arrives and request food and they do not receive government assistance and they make $80,000 a year YOU WILL NOT QUALIFY. However, if you were in crisis, such as a job loss, medical emergency, separation, etc.. We will do everything in our power to make sure you have some food for you and your family.
AGAIN, there are income restrictions, if you do not receive government assistance.
**Going forward if you share the same address as someone who you claim no longer lives in the Home, you will not be served if that address has already been served.. We have had too many people coming through with the same exact address and saying that the person no longer lives there and come to find out that is false information and the person still actively lives at the same address… that is dual participation and is against the rules.
Please be mindful of the several hundreds of people who really need food, we try to serve everyone and we try to do so fairly.
If anyone has an issue with this, questions, comments, or concerns feel free to message me directly.
Thank you for your attention in this matter
