PLEASE DO NOT LINE UP EARLY FOR FOOD PANTRY.

On Friday morning, between 9-9:20 SUPERKIDS DROP OFF IS IN SESSION. You will see cars lined up dropping kids off, that is NOT the food pantry line…

If you arrive early you may find a parking spot and wait till you see one of the pantry members starting to set up.

This will be for 4th Friday in July as well.

Good morning Pantry Family,

Please be advised in the months of June and July Monday - Friday from around 8:45-9:45 am, you will see cars lined up where we normally distribute food. That IS NOT food pantry distribution. That is SuperKids Camp.

If you see vehicles and are unsure if we are having an event feel free to view all new post on our page or you can TEXT OR CALL the food pantry line at (936) 549-2862, with any questions.

We will always make a post regarding any pop up distributions.

In the coming days be on the look out for a video showing how we will enter the parking lot for 4th Friday distribution on 6/26/26, to help keep Kids Camp and Food Pantry line separate and safe.

Good Morning Pantry Family,

We pray yall are doing well thus far this week!
We have some important updates that are taking place effective immediately.

1. In order to deter dual participation (visiting multiple pantries within hours/days.) and help ensure food assistance is distributed as fairly as possible, we will no longer provide blessing bags to individuals who have already received assistance from another food pantry on the same day or within the previous 7 days. This policy allows us to stretch available resources and serve more families in need throughout our community.

2.Proxy Pickup Policy Update
To ensure accountability and that food reaches its intended recipient, pantry staff will contact individual(s) at random after distribution to verify that the complete food box was received.

These measures are being implemented to help protect the integrity of our program, prevent misuse of pantry resources, and ensure that all food provided reaches the individuals and families for whom it is intended.

3. For clients that are new to the Food Bank program and have never filled out application to receive assistance:

To help prevent duplicate assistance and ensure fair distribution of resources, food pantry applications will now be processed on the spot. All applications will entered into the system before food is distributed. This process helps us ensure compliance with pantry guidelines and allows us to serve our community more effectively and equitably.
