Lighthouse is a pentecostal church in Port Angeles, WA with a mission and vision to engage people for who they are and welcome them home, equip them to know the love and power of Jesus, and create safe environments to encounter Him in a powerful way! Lighthouse is a safe environment to be who God has called you to be - as believers in Christ we are here to encourage, uplift, and forge relationship

s that are God ordained as we learn to be life-changers in His Word! God didn't put us on this earth to go at it alone, so we focus on ways to engage with one another outside the four walls of the church through Life Groups, Community Outreach, and any way God has called Lighthouse too. When we put God at the center of our lives fully and completely we see all the blessings that only God can provide - and we are His vessels to spread His word from the street to around the world!

A reminder that brings peace when life feels overwhelming.

There are moments in life that change everything.

A phone call.
A conversation.
A decision.
A prayer.

But nothing changes a life like an encounter with Jesus.

He takes brokenness and brings healing.
He takes fear and brings peace.
He takes guilt and offers grace.
He takes what feels impossible and makes a way forward.

Jesus doesn't just improve lives.

He transforms them.

No matter where you've been.
No matter what you've done.
No matter what you're facing today.

There is hope.
There is purpose.
There is new life in Him.

That's not just a nice thought.

That's the truth.

Today, let's celebrate the qualities that make a lasting impact.

Strong enough to stand when life gets hard.
Steady enough to remain when others walk away.
Faithful enough to keep trusting God through every season.

Whether you saw these qualities in your father, a mentor, a friend, a spouse, a grandparent, or someone else who helped shape your life, they matter.

And the truth is, our world could use a little more strength, a little more steadiness, and a lot more faithfulness.

As you begin this new week, ask yourself:

How can I be that person for someone else?

OASIS Life Group will not be meeting on Sunday, June 21st as we celebrate Father's Day with our families and loved ones.

We encourage everyone to enjoy the day, make some memories, and celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and father figures who have made an impact in your life.

We look forward to gathering again the following Sunday at 4:00 PM for fellowship, discussion, and encouragement in God's Word.

A sunny afternoon.
A conversation with a friend.

The laughter of children.
A beautiful sunset.

These moments may seem small, but they're often the ones that become our favorite memories.

💣 TRUTH BOMB TUESDAY 💣

Fear is loud.

It tells you you're not ready.
It tells you you're not strong enough.
It tells you the situation will never change.
It tells you to stay where it's safe.

But fear doesn't get the final say.

God does.

Throughout Scripture, God repeatedly told His people, "Do not be afraid."

Not because life would be easy.
Not because there would be no challenges.
But because He would be with them through it all.

So whatever you're facing today, don't let fear make your decisions.

Let faith lead the way.

Take the step.
Make the call.
Say the prayer.
Trust God with the outcome.

Because the size of your fear has never been greater than the size of your God.
