It’s the end of August, the last day of August 2026, August 31, 2026. Tomorrow is September 1, 2026. It is a new month, a new day, a day where you can start anew, new beginnings, new chapters, new habits. Most people focus on the physical new beginnings for New Year but let me tell you, you can start any day of the year with new healthy habits as well as spiritual new beginnings too. I encourage you to work on both your physical and spiritual well being.
