Poolesville Presbyterian Church is a growing group of people who seek to glorify God in the ordinary PPC is a small church with a lot going on. Shalom!

Church is a place to find comfort, wrestle with the big questions, to make a difference, to encounter the presence of God. For example, we host and provide management of the Poolesville Community Garden on our grounds.. Our historic facilities are not large or impressive, but we do a lot with what we have. We believe that above all else, we are called to be Jesus' hands and feet in a broken world.

We are always growing in faith, both as individuals and as a community. Won't you join us? May God's peace rest upon you.

ADULT CHRISTIAN EDUCATION AT POOLESVILLE PRESBYTERIAN RESUMES ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13
Our very own Pastor David leads our adult Christian education classes. These classes vary in content from Bible study, book analysis, as well as music analysis. These classes meet in the Sanctuary at 9:15am on Sundays prior to worship at 10:30am. Classes run similar to the Montgomery County School calendar (September through first Sunday in June).

JOIN US FOR WORSHIP - IN PERSON AND STREAMING

We invite you to join us for in person worship in our sanctuary this Sunday at 10:30am. The service is also streamed online on Facebook Live as well as on our website (www.poolpres.com). To manage airflow in the sanctuary, a HEPA filtration system is continually running during worship. Great sermon, great music, friendly people!

CHOIR PRACTICE RESUMES THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10
The PPC Choir practices in the sanctuary from 7:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursdays. If you enjoy singing, please consider joining the choir! Reading music is not a requirement, only a willingness to share your voice. If you are interested, please come to our rehearsal on Thursday or contact Kaylie Firebaugh, our Music Director, for more information.

COMMUNION SUNDAY
This coming Sunday is Communion Sunday at Poolesville Presbyterian Church. Presbyterians believe that the Lord's Table should be open to all who want to participate, including young children. The only restrictions are that participants have expressed faith in Jesus Christ and have been baptized. The baptism need not be in a Presbyterian church. Please join us!
