First Congregational Church of Pomfret A Historic Church with a Timeless Message We are glad that you have chosen to learn more about First Congregational Church of Pomfret (FCCP).

Our hope is that you will find a place here in our church family. We are a diverse group, including seniors whose forbears worshipped here, singles and families and newcomers to the area, students from the neighboring Pomfret School. Many visitors have commented on our friendly people, worshipful music, and insightful teaching and preaching.

What a blessing to support the work God is doing around the world — and in our own backyard. 💛 A few of our ladies enjoyed a visit with one of the missionaries our church is honored to support, Ruth Hartunian-Alumbaugh with International Students Inc.

Would you join us in praying for the new and returning international students arriving at UConn? Pray that they would find friendship, community, and open hearts as they begin another school year, and that God would use Ruth and others to make His love known to them. 🙏
