Today 5 people were baptized — a beautiful public symbol of their faith in Christ! 🎉

We also finished our study of Romans 8, and worship was absolutely amazing. What a day to celebrate our new life in Christ! 🙌

Today we pause, remember, and honor the men and women who gave everything for others. Their courage and sacrifice reflect the heart of Christ shown in John 15:13—“Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.”

As we reflect on their sacrifice, we pray for comfort, strength, and peace for their families, and pray for the protection of those who continue to serve.

More than any other chapter in Scripture, Romans 8 invites us into the assurance that we truly are children of God. But how do we actually know? What does it mean to be led by the Spirit in everyday life?

Yesterday, we walked through Romans 8:12-17 and explored what it means to put to death the flesh and live as beloved sons and daughters. If you missed the message, watch it here!

In Sunday's message, we explored the great movement of grace: from the Spirit of life (what God has done for us in Christ) into life in the Spirit (how we now live by His power). If you missed it, catch it here, and learn about living from a new miraculous reality!

When you begin to follow Jesus, you might expect the struggle with sin to disappear. But for many of us, it becomes more noticeable, more personal, more real. And we start to wonder: Is something wrong with me? Am I really a Christian?

Paul gives voice to that tension at the end of Romans 7: “I want to do what is right… but I don’t do it.” If you’ve ever felt discouraged in this fight, yesterday's message is for you. Watch it here!

Most of us know what it feels like to try harder, fail again, and wonder why nothing seems to change. In Romans 7v1-6, Paul gives us a surprising diagnosis: The problem isn't a lack of effort or discipline, it's that we're drawing from the wrong source. If you missed yesterday's message, watch it here—and look at what it means to be released from a life of striving and transferred into something—and someone—far better.
