Friends and Family of PHCC gathered for a delightful picnic at the Dodson Farm last Saturday (August29). The afternoon included lots of conversation, a hayride, great food, door prizes, etc. Below are a few pictures.

This past weekend, 6 PHCC members attended the Southeast Conference 60th Anniversary Annual Meeting at First Congregational UCC, Atlanta, GA. The Meeting included UCC folks from Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The gathering included worship with great preaching, workshops, and stimulating conversations. Don’t forget to make a reservation for the Church/Community picnic on August 29 at the Dodson Farm. Reservations are being taken Sunday prior to worship or during the week at the Church Office. Come for a delightful afternoon – gather at 3pm with supper at 5 pm including pulled pork, baked chicken, etc. Vegetarian meals available. Cost: $12 and children under 12 free. Deadline for reservations is Sunday, August 23. Pictures are from last year.
