Dear Messiah family,

On All Saints’ Day, we thank God for all his saints, living and departed. Through Christ’s forgiveness, he makes sinners his own; because Christ is risen, we look forward to the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting.

During the prayers, we will remember by name those who have died during the past year, with the bell tolling after each name.

Dear Messiah Family,
We invite you to worship with us this Sunday, October 25, as we observe Reformation Day. The altar paraments will be red. Reformation Day, observed on October 31, recalls Martin Luther’s 1517 posting of the Ninety-Five Theses in Wittenberg, an event that helped spark the Reformation. We give thanks for the Gospel of salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
