Joh 4:28 So the woman left her water jar and went away into town and said to the people,
Joh 4:29 โ€œCome, see a man who told me all that I ever did. Can this be the Christ?โ€
Joh 4:30 They went out of the town and were coming to him.
Joh 4:31 Meanwhile the disciples were urging him, saying, โ€œRabbi, eat.โ€
Joh 4:32 But he said to them, โ€œI have food to eat that you do not know about.โ€
Joh 4:33 So the disciples said to one another, โ€œHas anyone brought him something to eat?โ€
Joh 4:34 Jesus said to them, โ€œMy food is to do the will of him who sent me and to accomplish his work.
Joh 4:35 Do you not say, โ€˜There are yet four months, then comes the harvestโ€™? Look, I tell you, lift up your eyes, and see that the fields are white for harvest.
Joh 4:36 Already the one who reaps is receiving wages and gathering fruit for eternal life, so that sower and reaper may rejoice together.
Joh 4:37 For here the saying holds true, โ€˜One sows and another reaps.โ€™
Joh 4:38 I sent you to reap that for which you did not labor. Others have labored, and you have entered into their labor.โ€
Joh 4:39 Many Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the woman's testimony, โ€œHe told me all that I ever did.โ€
Joh 4:40 So when the Samaritans came to him, they asked him to stay with them, and he stayed there two days.
Joh 4:41 And many more believed because of his word.
Joh 4:42 They said to the woman, โ€œIt is no longer because of what you said that we believe, for we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this is indeed the Savior of the world.โ€

Joh 4:15 The woman said to him, โ€œSir, give me this water, so that I will not be thirsty or have to come here to draw water.โ€
Joh 4:16 Jesus said to her, โ€œGo, call your husband, and come here.โ€
Joh 4:17 The woman answered him, โ€œI have no husband.โ€ Jesus said to her, โ€œYou are right in saying, โ€˜I have no husbandโ€™;
Joh 4:18 for you have had five husbands, and the one you now have is not your husband. What you have said is true.โ€
Joh 4:19 The woman said to him, โ€œSir, I perceive that you are a prophet.
Joh 4:20 Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, but you say that in Jerusalem is the place where people ought to worship.โ€
Joh 4:21 Jesus said to her, โ€œWoman, believe me, the hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father.
Joh 4:22 You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews.
Joh 4:23 But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him.
Joh 4:24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.โ€
Joh 4:25 The woman said to him, โ€œI know that Messiah is coming (he who is called Christ). When he comes, he will tell us all things.โ€
Joh 4:26 Jesus said to her, โ€œI who speak to you am he.โ€
Joh 4:27 Just then his disciples came back. They marveled that he was talking with a woman, but no one said, โ€œWhat do you seek?โ€ or, โ€œWhy are you talking with her?โ€
Joh 4:28 So the woman left her water jar and went away into town and said to the people,
Joh 4:29 โ€œCome, see a man who told me all that I ever did. Can this be the Christ?โ€
Joh 4:30 They went out of the town and were coming to him.

Joh 4:1 Now when Jesus learned that the Pharisees had heard that Jesus was making and baptizing more disciples than John
Joh 4:2 (although Jesus himself did not baptize, but only his disciples),
Joh 4:3 he left Judea and departed again for Galilee.
Joh 4:4 And he had to pass through Samaria.
Joh 4:5 So he came to a town of Samaria called Sychar, near the field that Jacob had given to his son Joseph.
Joh 4:6 Jacob's well was there; so Jesus, wearied as he was from his journey, was sitting beside the well. It was about the sixth hour.
Joh 4:7 A woman from Samaria came to draw water. Jesus said to her, โ€œGive me a drink.โ€
Joh 4:8 (For his disciples had gone away into the city to buy food.)
Joh 4:9 The Samaritan woman said to him, โ€œHow is it that you, a Jew, ask for a drink from me, a woman of Samaria?โ€ (For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.)
Joh 4:10 Jesus answered her, โ€œIf you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you, โ€˜Give me a drink,โ€™ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.โ€
Joh 4:11 The woman said to him, โ€œSir, you have nothing to draw water with, and the well is deep. Where do you get that living water?
Joh 4:12 Are you greater than our father Jacob? He gave us the well and drank from it himself, as did his sons and his livestock.โ€
Joh 4:13 Jesus said to her, โ€œEveryone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again,
Joh 4:14 but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.โ€

oh 3:22 After this Jesus and his disciples went into the Judean countryside, and he remained there with them and was baptizing.
Joh 3:23 John also was baptizing at Aenon near Salim, because water was plentiful there, and people were coming and being baptized
Joh 3:24 (for John had not yet been put in prison).
Joh 3:25 Now a discussion arose between some of John's disciples and a Jew over purification.
Joh 3:26 And they came to John and said to him, โ€œRabbi, he who was with you across the Jordan, to whom you bore witnessโ€”look, he is baptizing, and all are going to him.โ€
Joh 3:27 John answered, โ€œA person cannot receive even one thing unless it is given him from heaven.
Joh 3:28 You yourselves bear me witness, that I said, โ€˜I am not the Christ, but I have been sent before him.โ€™
Joh 3:29 The one who has the bride is the bridegroom. The friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly at the bridegroom's voice. Therefore this joy of mine is now complete.
Joh 3:30 He must increase, but I must decrease.โ€

Eph 5:22 Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord.
Eph 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior.
Eph 5:24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands.
Eph 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her,
Eph 5:26 that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word,
Eph 5:27 so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish.
Eph 5:28 In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.
Eph 5:29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church,
Eph 5:30 because we are members of his body.
Eph 5:31 โ€œTherefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.โ€
Eph 5:32 This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church.
Eph 5:33 However, let each one of you love his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
