Founded in the 1950s, Highway Bible Church has been preaching and teaching the Word of God to the Placerville community. We believe that the Bible is the Inspired Word of God, and the Bible should be interpreted literally. We hold to the King James version to be translated from the original "Received Text", in that it is the most accurate translation from the original text. At HBC, we sing Old Fas

hioned hymns that are rich in spiritual truths and doctrine. We promote a friendly, but proper atmosphere out of respect for God.
