What a powerful and blessed month we experienced at NewBirth Baptist Church!

During the month of May, our church family focused on the life-changing series “Christ Over Culture,” challenging us to stand firm in our faith and place Christ above the influences of the world.

We were blessed as our First Lady, Chelsea Briggs delivered a powerful Mother’s Day message entitled “A Song for Mama,” encouraging and inspiring mothers and families throughout our congregation.

We also celebrated the addition of a new member to our church family and rejoiced as she publicly declared her faith through baptism. Heaven truly rejoices when one comes home!

We proudly recognized and celebrated all of our graduates for their hard work, dedication, and accomplishments. We pray God’s continued blessings as they step into their next chapter.

Today at NewBirth Baptist Church, we proudly celebrated our 2026 Graduates!

What a blessing it was to honor each and every one of these amazing young men and women as they prepare for the next chapter of their lives. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and excited about their future endeavors.

Some of our graduates will be continuing their journey at Grambling State University, Jackson State University, and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. As your church family, we wish you nothing but success, favor, and endless opportunities as you step into this new season of life.

Today, we showered our graduates with love through a graduation dinner, gifts, encouragement, and prayers. No matter where life takes you, always remember that your New Birth Baptist Church family will always be here for you.

Today we celebrate an incredible shepherd, leader, and servant of God. Happy Birthday to our Pastor!

Thank you for being a man who will stop everything to make sure your church family is okay. A Pastor who answers the call at 1 AM, prays with us, encourages us, teaches us God’s Word, and leads with love and compassion every single day. Your dedication, sacrifice, and heart for God’s people never go unnoticed.

We are beyond grateful for your wisdom, your prayers, and the way you pour into the lives of everyone around you. May God continue to strengthen you, bless you abundantly, and grant you many more years of health, joy, peace, and favor.
