Proverbs 2:6-10
"For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding; he stores up sound wisdom for the upright; he is a shield to those who walk in integrity, guarding the paths of justice and watching the way of his saints. Then you will understand righteousness and justice and equity, every good path; for wisdom will come into your heart, and knowledge will be pleasant to our soul; discretion will watch over you, understanding will guard you." ESV

Wisdom. Do you think of wisdom coming from living a long life and learning from your mistakes? The Bible says wisdom is given by God. We can obtain knowledge and understanding from Him. Wisdom will come into our hearts, knowledge will be pleasant to our soul (mind, will, emotions) and it will enable us to have discretion. Wisdom, knowledge, and understanding protect us and help us to walk in integrity. I don't know about you, but I believe we all need to have more wisdom to help us to walk the path of righteousness. We don't always know which way to go. So many choices, so many options. We are bombarded with information every day. But does that information give us wisdom, knowledge and understanding? Only the Word of God can truly help us. Have you asked God for wisdom? Today is the day!! The Lord is a good God and wants to help us live a life of Godly character and integrity.
