Have you ever noticed how easy it is to act like a Christian around strangers but struggle to bring that same grace home to the people who know us best? This Sunday, we dug into Colossians 3:18-4:1 and were challenged by a simple but powerful truth: if Jesus is truly Lord of your life, His lordship should show up in your house.

Paul calls husbands to love sacrificially, wives to trust God's design, children to honor their parents, and workers to give their best as if working directly for Jesus. Every role, every relationship, every ordinary moment is an opportunity to represent Christ.

The question is not just whether you believe in Jesus. The deeper question is: where are you still keeping Him out? Take Jesus home with you this week.

Is your faith something you only wear on Sundays, or does it follow you home? This week, we returned to Colossians 3:18-4:1 and were reminded that Jesus belongs in every room of our lives -- our marriages, our parenting, our workplaces, and our conversations.

Paul's challenge is simple but comprehensive: whatever you do, do it as unto the Lord. That means loving your spouse sacrificially, encouraging your children, and showing up at work with integrity -- not to impress people, but to honor Jesus.

The world does not get its clearest picture of Jesus inside these walls. It gets it around your dinner table, in your office, and in your home. So this week, take Jesus with you.

Colossians 3:23 reminds us that our work, our relationships, and our daily lives are all acts of worship when Christ is truly Lord of everything.

Jesus did not say "admire me" or "add me to your life." He said "follow me." Two words. A complete surrender.

In Luke 9:57-62, three men offered to follow Jesus -- and Jesus exposed what each one was holding back. Comfort. Delay. A divided heart. Sound familiar? The greatest danger in the church today is not people who reject Jesus, but Christians who have grown comfortable with a faith that costs them nothing.

Delayed obedience is still disobedience. One foot with Jesus and one foot in the world is an exhausted, divided life. Jesus is not asking for perfection -- He is asking who is leading your life today.

He gave everything for you. He is worthy of nothing less in return.

Have you ever gotten so used to something being wrong that you stopped noticing it? That check engine light. That attitude. That bitterness. That pattern of living exactly like everyone else while claiming Jesus has changed your life.

Colossians 3 confronts us with one simple truth: if Jesus has changed who we are, it should eventually change how we live. Christianity is not bad people becoming nicer people. It is dead people becoming alive in Christ.

This week we walked through what that looks like practically. Put off the old self. Put on compassion, kindness, humility, patience, forgiveness, and love. And let Christ rule in every area of your life, not just Sunday mornings.

The question is not just whether you believe in Jesus. The question is, where does your life still look more like the old you than the new you? Stop paying for a subscription Jesus already canceled on the cross.

What if the spiritual warning lights in your life have been on so long you stopped noticing them? This week we walked through Colossians 3:1-17 and confronted a simple but powerful truth -- if Jesus has changed who you are, it should eventually change how you live.

Paul's challenge is clear: look up, put off the old life, and put on the character of Christ. Compassion. Kindness. Humility. Forgiveness. These are not suggestions -- they are the wardrobe of someone who belongs to Jesus.

Grace comes first. Transformation follows. You are chosen, holy, and beloved. So stop dressing like the person you used to be and start living like the person Jesus has already made you.

If you missed Sunday, come join us. The message is still waiting for you.

We’re making room for one more. 🙌

One more person to walk through the doors.
One more family to find community.
One more life to encounter Jesus.
One more person to take their next step.

Starting October 4th, we’re moving to two Sunday services at **9:30AM & 11AM** — not just because we need more space, but because we believe God is still bringing people who need hope, grace, community, and Jesus.

So as we make room, let’s all ask one question:

**Who’s the one more I can invite?**

Make Room for One More. ❤️
