You heard about this over the weekend at all of our Masses and we were happy to see some of you had already signed up… the sign ups will continue for the next couple of weekends.

Our beloved Queen of Peace parish is forming a brand new CMAT (Church Maintenance Action Team)! We know our community is blessed with incredible skills and backgrounds, and now is the perfect time to share your talents to help keep our parish thriving for generations to come. 🌟
Whether you are a professional tradesperson, a handyman, or a passionate DIY-er, your time and unique skills are needed. We are looking for volunteers to help across a wide variety of team sections:
🍳 1. Appliances (Stoves, Refrigerators, Sinks, Dishwashers, etc.)
🪵 2. Carpentry & Woodworking (Construction, Furnishings)
💡 3. Electrical (Circuits, Switches, Outlets, Wiring, Lighting)
🌱 4. Grounds (Parking, Landscaping, Walkways, Steps, Railings)
✨ 5. Health / Cleaning (Sanitizing, Vacuuming, Washing)
🌡️ 6. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
💻 7. Information Technology (IT) (Computers, Servers, website design, Audio/Visual, Wi-Fi)
🧱 8. Masonry (Bricks, Stone, Mortar)
🎨 9. Painting (Walls, Trims, Finishing)
🔧 10. Plumbing (Water Supply, Sinks, Toilets, Faucets, Sprinklers)
🛡️ 11. Safety & Security (Smoke/CO2 Sensors, Fire Extinguishers, Facility Security)
🏠 12. Structural (Roofing, Windows, Walls, Doors, Flooring)

We will be selling raffle calendars after every Mass through the end of June for $10 each with a chance to WIN every day! 🗓️💰
Here are the details:
✨ There will be two special drawings during July!
🎰 There are 31 chances to win in total!
🔮 The winning number is based on the Pennsylvania Lottery Evening Pick 3.
💵 Winnings are determined by the amount printed on each calendar.

A Magical Night Out as a parish…

Join us for a evening of laughter and amazement in Glenside. An international magician and our own private show. Tickets are only $45 and the show is at 8pm on Friday June 26th. Grab your tickets at the Rectory. (There are only 100 seats in the theater, so grab your tickets before they sell out) It will be fun to have the entire theater to ourselves with a private show.

An awesome neighborhood event- our first Carnival here at Queen of Peace. Perfect weather, big crowds, generous volunteers and fun for everyone!
