It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our Bishop, Dr. Frantz Leblanc. Bishop Leblanc has served the kingdom of God for numerous years. His work will not be forgotten. As he transitions to be with The Lord, we hold his memory in our hearts. We extend our deepest condolences to the Leblanc family as we request you keep them your prayers.
