Vision of Missions Tabernacle Church, established in 1986, was founded by the late Apostle Van Z. Moore alongside his wife, Apostle Phyliss Moore. Today, Apostle Phyliss Moore faithfully serves as the Acting Lead Pastor, continuing the vision, legacy, and ministry established from the beginning.

She is accompanied in ministry by the Assistant Pastors, Apostle Harry and Apostle Regina Washington, who continue to serve alongside her in advancing the mission and vision of the church.
