Laborers In the Harvest Laborers in the Harvest will be a new ministry that has the goal of teaching basic Christian doctrine and aggressively evangelizing.

Unlike so many churches that keep the knowledge of God to themselves. Laborers seek to reach the lost first.

He left home to be free and ended up a slave. But he wasn't the only one.
One son ran away from his father. The other stayed home and obeyed him. But according to Jesus' parable in Luke 15, both sons had a serious problem.
One was trapped by rebellion. The other was trapped by resentment.
In this week's FireSpeaks Ministries sermon, Both Sons Were Slaves, we examine the parable of the prodigal son from a perspective many people overlook.
The younger son wanted his father's blessings without his authority. The older son obeyed his father but believed his service entitled him to special treatment.
One was lost in a distant country. The other was lost in his father's backyard.
But here's the question: Which brother are you?
In this message, we examine:
1. Why freedom without God's authority can become bo***ge.
2. How religious obedience can conceal a slave's mindset.
3. Why both brothers misunderstood their father's heart.
4. How Jesus Christ makes it possible for us to become children of God through faith.
Scripture: Luke 15:11 through 32 and Galatians 4:4 through 7 (NASB).
This message is part of COUNTERFEIT, a FireSpeaks Ministries series examining the difference between what looks like genuine Christianity and what Scripture actually teaches.

**Can serving God actually become an excuse for disobeying Him?**...

10/25/2026

Can you serve God faithfully at church while disobeying Him somewhere else?
In Mark 7:6–13, Jesus confronted religious leaders who allowed their traditions to override God's commandments. They called it devotion. Jesus exposed the disobedience underneath it.
In this message, CORBAN: Can You Serve God and Still Disobey Him?, we examine how religious activity can sometimes become an excuse for neglecting what God has already commanded.
Through the story of a dedicated church deacon and his elderly mother, we confront a difficult question: Are we truly putting God first, or are we using religious commitments to justify our own priorities?
We'll examine:
• What Corban meant in Mark 7
• Why Jesus confronted the religious leaders
• The difference between competing responsibilities and repeated disobedience
• How religious activity can conceal a heart problem
• Why salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ, not our good works
Scripture: Mark 7:6–13, Isaiah 29:13, Romans 3:23, Romans 5:8, Ephesians 2:8–10, Romans 5:1 (NASB)

You confessed your sin. You asked God to forgive you. But have you genuinely repented?
In Week 2 of the COUNTERFEIT series, Counterfeit Repentance, we examine a dangerous misunderstanding about repentance: believing that feeling sorry and asking for forgiveness are the same as turning away from sin.
Judas Iscariot felt genuine remorse after betraying Jesus. He returned the money and admitted his wrongdoing. But was that repentance?
Through Scripture, we examine the difference between remorse and repentance, struggling with sin and deliberately making room for it, and why genuine repentance produces evidence in the way we live.
Scriptures examined:
Matthew 27:3
2 Corinthians 7:10
Luke 3:8–14
1 John 1:8–9
Romans 6:1–2
Psalm 51:6
Romans 5:8
Acts 3:19
Here's the question:
Have you ever confused feeling sorry for something with genuinely repenting of it?
Share your thoughts in the comments.

What if everything you thought proved your faith was real wasn't enough?

In Matthew 7:21–23, Jesus warns that some will stand before Him pointing to everything they accomplished in His name, only to hear four devastating words:

“I never knew you.”

Your religious accomplishments cannot save you. Only Jesus Christ can.

You can spend your entire life believing you're a Christian and still be wrong.
In Matthew 7:21–23, Jesus describes people who called Him Lord, performed miracles in His name, and were convinced they belonged to Him. Yet Jesus told them, “I never knew you.”
How could they have been so certain?
In Week 1 of our new series, COUNTERFEIT, we examine one of the most uncomfortable questions a Christian can ask: How do I know my faith is real?
We'll examine why religious accomplishments cannot guarantee salvation, the difference between genuine faith and religious appearances, and why our confidence must ultimately rest in Jesus Christ and what He accomplished on the cross.
COUNTERFEIT | Week 1 — Counterfeit Faith
Scriptures: Matthew 7:21–27; Ephesians 2:8–10; John 6:40, 47; 2 Corinthians 13:5; Romans 5:8; 2 Corinthians 5:21.
NEXT WEEK: Counterfeit Repentance
Feeling sorry about what you've done doesn't necessarily mean you've repented. Join us as we examine the difference.

You're wasting your life, and deep down, you already know it.
In the finale of FOLLOW, Jesus tells a story that hits close to home. A master entrusts his possessions to his servants and leaves on a journey. After a long time, he returns to settle accounts.
What did you do with what He gave you?
You can't go back and recover yesterday. But because Jesus Christ is alive, yesterday doesn't have to decide what you do with tomorrow.
FOLLOW Series - Week 8 - Matthew 25:14-30
🔥 Scriptures: Matthew 25:14-30, John 17:4, John 9:4, Luke 22:42, John 19:30, 2 Cor 5:21
