Agape Community Church

Agape Community Church Sundays, 10:00 AM (Central) at 449 W. Wisconsin Ave., Pewaukee WI Hi there! And Welcome to Agape! We call it our living-faith. We would love to connect with you!

We are a new non-denominational Christian community and appreciate the opportunity to share with you a little bit about who we are and what we do. Agape means selfless love, and our faith-community strives to live that out every day. Check out our photo albums on this page and our Instagram account. We have lots of pictures about our acts of kindness, community events, the youth group, and other m

inistries. We also have several Agape 101 videos on our YouTube channel to give you a glimpse of who we are: www.youtube.com/agapechurchwi

Agape is made up of micro-churches that meet in homes and host sites. These can be family units, a group of friends, or any small group that gets together. At 10:00 o’clock on Sunday mornings (central time) our micro-churches come together at 449 W. Wisconsin Ave., in Pewaukee WI and also though our online platform (https://agapecommunity.online.church/). We encourage one another, pray, share in the Lord’s Supper, and hear a biblical message. Children are welcome and there is a special time just for them. Perhaps you could be part of our faith community. Email: [email protected]

If we abide in Him, then we do the same things as He did. We walk humbly and do the right things and love mercy. We respond in love to those around us. So before you hastily do something or respond to someone, take a second and ask yourself what Jesus what do? And then do that! Simple enough but not always easy to apply. Keep training to be more like Him.

We all carry stories about what happened to us — in our families, friendships, workplaces, and communities. Sometimes those stories are honest. Sometimes they protect us from the parts we do not want to face.
- Healing begins with truth-telling (not shame or blame), but the courage to name what has been broken and ask what repair might look like.
- The redemptive movement is simple, but not easy: honesty, responsibility, repair, and a renewed way forward.
- We're sharing the podcast and this infographic because we think this is meaningful beyond church walls. Many of us are trying to rebuild something — trust, hope, family, faith, community, or even just the courage to tell the truth about where we are.

Today choose to live and love like Jesus. Loving each other like He has loved us. And we show His love in us and through us by our actions towards others. So let's think about what He has done and follow that example. Sure you might get it wrong from time to time, we all do! But as we learn and grow we become a little bit more like Jesus. Love one another!

What does God require of you? Justice. Do the right things in every situation. Love mercy. Be kind and show the same kind of love to others as God has shown to us. And finally walk humbly. Trust God in everything and abide in Him always. Yes, you will fail. But when you do turn back to God and start again. Let's all love and live the Jesus way!

Make the decision to love others well. Not retaliation or getting back at another person, but forgiveness and love. Doing the right thing to restore a relationship. Love God and then others. We follow the example of Jesus on how we ought to do this. Choose grace and mercy with all things done in love. The Jesus way.

God is for you. God is with you. No matter your circumstances or what you have to face each and every day, God is there and cares for you. People can say things and hurt you, but they can't hurt your soul. Once you belong to Jesus you are protected forever by Him!

The Israelites would have been very familiar with this. They walked through the Red Sea because God made a way. It is a good reminder that challenges will come. Difficulties exist. But God is there with you through it all. He is faithful and won't leave you or abandon you. God is there. You can always call out to Him. Know that He is with you!

We serve a gracious God who gives good gifts! We can ask for anything but they doesn't always mean you'll get exactly what you want. Remember He knows best and His timing is perfect. Along with that, God does give wisdom to those who ask! If we want to follow Him, we need to make good choices and becoming more like Jesus is wise. So ask God for more wisdom. Our God is so generous!
