ECC is a year-round conference center and summer camp located in the northwest corner of Rhode Island on 186 wooded acres filled with hiking trails. The property borders beautiful Echo Lake which provides us with a lovely beach for swimming, canoeing, and ice skating in the winter!

As we enter our final week of summer camp, we are grateful for a season filled with joy, friendship, and countless moments that remind us why summer at ECC is so special. Soon, the Barn will be a little quieter, and we’ll miss the constant sound of laughter drifting from its doors and windows. But as summer winds down, a new season brings new opportunities to gather at ECC! Take a look at what’s coming this fall and find your reason to spend some time with us. Whether you’re looking for time to reflect, a cozy weekend away, or simply a chance to gather in a place you love, there’s a place for you at ECC. We had so much fun at Children's Camp 2! It was a Mario filled week with kart racing and coin collecting! Thank you to all our campers for really bringing the energy this week!

Now we head into our final week of summer and we can't wait to welcome campers to Summer's End!

July 15 was Camp Kindness Day, and one of our favorite moments from the day came by kayak! Our neighbors at Mother of Hope Camp paddled over to our beach on Echo Lake to deliver a care package filled with kindness for our campers.
Now, our two camps have also been known to enjoy a well-timed prank or two, so as the mysterious package made its way ashore, our staff had one very important question... Is this... a glitter bomb? Thankfully, it was something even better.
Inside were colorful balls, each with a thoughtful message of kindness for our campers to read, share, and enjoy throughout the day. It was such a simple but meaningful reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can have a lasting impact.
To our friends at Mother of Hope Camp, thank you for your generosity, your creativity, and for reminding us that while we serve through different traditions, we share the same commitment to nurturing young people with kindness, community, and love.
We are so grateful for your friendship, and we're already wondering how we'll return the favor... 😉
