Awana is a powerful opportunity to pour love, faith, and purpose into young lives. As a volunteer, you won’t just help out, you’ll become a steady presence, showing kids the love of God through your actions, your words, and your heart.
You’ll walk alongside them as they grow in faith, discover their identity in Christ, and begin to understand their God-given potential.

We’re currently seeking volunteers who feel called to serve in these areas:

WE ARE BACK!!!!

Get ready for an evening of fun and encouragement! On August 26th, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., join us at Pine Grove Baptist Church for a kickoff carnival to celebrate the start of a new AWANA year!

AWANA is more than just a club; it's a ministry dedicated to helping children know, love, and serve Christ. We believe that by providing a welcoming and encouraging environment, we can help children build a strong foundation of faith and grow in their relationship with God.

Come register your children (ages 2 through 6th grade) for AWANA and enjoy a carnival on us! We'll have games, treats, and plenty of fun for everyone. We can't wait to see you there and start another exciting year of AWANA together! See less

Looking Forward to a Great Year in Awana!

Dear Awana Families & Church Family,

As we look back on this past year, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for everything God accomplished through our Awana ministry. From Scripture memorization and engaging lessons to high-energy games and new friendships, it was incredible to watch our kids grow deeper in their faith and understanding of God's Word.

Building on that foundation, we are stepping into this upcoming year with fresh expectancy! We can't wait to see how God moves in the hearts of our clubbers, leaders, and families in the coming months. We are believing for even more transformed lives, deeper roots in Scripture, and a whole lot of fun along the way.

Whether your child is returning or joining us for the very first time, we are so honored to partner with you in discipling the next generation.

We are overflowing with joy as we prepare for our Awana Closing Ceremony! 🎊 This year has been an incredible journey of faith, and we want to invite everyone to join us in praising God for what He has done in the hearts of our clubbers.

This mission would not be possible without two incredible groups of people. First, a huge, heartfelt thank you to our amazing volunteers. Your dedication and heart to serve have been the hands and feet of Jesus, helping these children come to know His love and grow closer to Him.

We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to the parents and guardians. Thank you for your commitment and for ensuring your children were here each night. Your partnership in prioritizing their faith is a beautiful thing to witness!

Let’s come together to celebrate these accomplishments and honor the community that made it all possible! 🙌✨

📖 Gear Up for the Verse-a-Thon!

It’s time to put your heart into the Word and your feet on the pavement! Our Verse-a-Thon is officially kicking off, and we need YOU to help make this our biggest year yet.

Every verse you memorize is a seed planted, and every sponsor you find helps that seed grow into something amazing for our community. Whether it’s a neighbor, a grandparent, or a family friend, people love to support kids who are hiding God’s Word in their hearts!

🚀 Your Verse-a-Thon Mission:

Kids: Grab your sponsor sheets and start sharing your goal! Even a small pledge per verse makes a massive difference.

Parents: Help your champions brainstorm a list of five people to call or visit this weekend. It’s a great way to build confidence and share the mission.

Let’s see how many lives we can impact, one verse at a time. Go get ’em, team!

We will be moving the Verse-A-Thon to May 13th. We will be handing out information to our clubbers tomorrow evening during our regular club night. Looking forward to seeing everyone as we gear up to close out AWANA 2025-2026!
