Redeemer

Redeemer A mission deeply rooted in the past, vitally engaged in today's culture. http://redeemerpark.org But at the foot of the cross, grace pours down.

Sunday Service 10:00 am

Grace and forgiveness are in short supply today. For the people of Christ, life is lived in a rhythm of confession, repentance and grace received. His grace calls for a response. We respond by giving ourselves away for the good of others. We want to share our time and resources for the good of others. Perhaps you are ready to respond to God’s call to pursue authentic faith

in community — a place where the truth of Scripture encourages you in your faith, a place where you learn to apply God’s word to your daily life, a place where you are provoked to transform the ugliness of culture. If so, I look forward to visiting with you! Connecting your story to God’s story,

Collect of the Day - Ascension Day
Almighty God, whose only-begotten Son our Lord Jesus Christ ascended into heaven: May our hearts and minds also there ascend, and with him continually dwell; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
Amen.

Redeemer Anglican has a long history with Rwanda. Our Pastor, Jim, was ordained a Rwandan clergy and sent on mission back to his home town of Parkersburg, WV to plant Redeemer. Now we are part of the Anglican Church of North America but our roots and relationships run deep in Rwanda.

This year as we visit our sister church in Gashonga, Cyangugu Diocese of the Anglican Church of Rwanda we are taking orders for bags and aprons made by Single Mothers who have been trained in tailoring at Gashonga.

100% of the money will go to the ministry.
Bags are $15 each. Aprons are $22 each.
We will have them available after June 10.
Money will be collected when you get your bag or apron.
Please order no later than May 3. You can order by sending a message or commenting here.
