Focused Prayer United Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment. Mindfulness is a power tool in spiritual formation and transformation.

This is a call to action for Christians to unite in focused prayer for national, community, and personal transformation, emphasizing unity across denominations to bring people to Jesus and see the Spirit move in our time. It is a way of training your mind to be more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. Mindfulness can be practiced in many different ways, including prayer, contemplation, meditation and simply taking a few minutes each day to focus on your breath. And, my aim is to provide information and tools to help those who really desire a stronger and deeper relationship with Jesus.
