Our sister congregation Kehillat YOZMA in Modi'in קהילת יזמ"ה במודיעין is excited to introduce a new webinar series bringing you an authentic, personal window into daily life, Jewish identity, and resilience in Israel today - led by educators from our own community.
We’re beginning our program with a three-part presentation series led by Uri Feinberg, a longtime member of our community and a Jewish educator and tour guide for over 30 years. Born in the United States and raised in Jerusalem, Uri brings a truly unique perspective that bridges North American Jewish experience and Israeli reality.
Uri will present context for the events that led up to October 7th, reflect on what has unfolded in Israel since that day, and together we will explore some of the most pressing questions Israel has been grappling with ever since, including:
What daily life, community, and Jewish identity look and feel like in Israel right now
The moral complexity and social tensions that have emerged over the past two years of war and uncertainty
The visions taking shape for Israel's future - and what they mean for Jewish communities around the world
Sessions - free and open to all:

Sunday, June 7 | 8:00 PM Israel | 1:00 PM EST
