In Psalm 127, King Solomon gives us a reality check wrapped in grace: We simply can’t worry our way into peace. Trying to control every outcome isn't just exhausting—it's trying to do a job that only God can do. Real security comes from releasing our hold and letting Him hold us.

"Anxiety is our attempt to be our own savior. We convince ourselves that if I worry enough, prepare enough, work enough, plan enough... then I'll be safe. Then everything will be okay." 🏃‍♂️💨

But Psalm 127 shows us a different picture. Running on that treadmill of constant hustle and worry just leaves us exhausted, sweating everything out, without actually moving us an inch forward.

If grinding harder and worrying more isn't the answer to our anxiety... what is?
