🌟 Dream Team Spotlight 🌟
At Thriving Hills Church, our Dream Team is the heartbeat of everything we do—and today we’re celebrating one of the amazing people who makes this place feel like home.
💛 Meet Adriane Himes!
Adriane joined Thriving Hills in September of 2022, and from the very first visit she knew something was special. She and her family immediately felt the Holy Spirit moving, and Pastor Chris’s message spoke straight to their hearts. That moment turned into a place to belong, and now she helps create that same welcoming feeling for others every week.
Adriane faithfully serves in the nursery and as an usher, helping create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for families. Whether she’s caring for little ones or greeting people with a smile, she plays a huge role in helping people feel comfortable and cared for the moment they walk through the doors.
When she’s not serving at church, you’ll probably find her:
• 📚 Reading a good book
• 🧁 Baking something delicious
• 👨👩👧👦 Spending time with her family, her husband GiaVanni and their kids Ravyn and Zayne
• ☕ Perfecting her homemade latte skills (coffee lovers, you know that’s serious business)
Adriane says serving has given her purpose and fulfillment outside of being a wife and mom, and it’s helped her build meaningful connections within the church family. That heart for community is exactly what makes her such an important part of our team.
🏀 Fun Fact!
Adriane’s high school basketball team went to the Final Four three years in a row, so yes, we’ve got some serious athletic talent on the Dream Team!
And according to her daughter Ravyn, the most interesting thing about Adriane is that “she’s weird all the time.”
We can’t confirm or deny… but we do know that a little fun and personality makes our church even better. 😄
🙏 Adriane, thank you for the heart, joy, and dedication you bring to the Dream Team. People may not always see the behind-the-scenes impact, but we do—and our church is better because of you.
