Hello Church Friends!

Hello friends!

Imagine a church where love overcomes division, joy is shared freely, grace is extended generously, justice is lived compassionately, and hope shines brightly for all to see. This Sunday, we'll explore how God calls us to reflect the very character of Jesus through love, joy, grace, justice, and hope. Join us as we discover that our greatest strength isn't found in what we accomplish alone, but in what God can do when we faithfully walk, worship, and serve together. We hope you'll join us at 11:00 in person or via YouTube at the link below for this encouraging message from 1 Corinthians 12:12–27.

Mechwana is just…well…a blessing.

On July 30, 2026, Bishop Thomas J. Bickerton and Rev. We Hyun Chang, director of connectional ministries, visited Camp Mechuwana in Winthrop, ME. Camp Executive Director Norman Thombs shares this reflection on their visit.

“I was so impressed with the leadership of our camp and the enthusiasm of our campers," Bishop Bickerton said. "Norm, his team, and the volunteer leaders are not only conducting successful camps but they are forming our next generation of leaders! What a blessing we have in Camp Mechuwana!”

Join us this Sunday for a joyful Father’s Day celebration as we explore how fathers and father figures shape our lives through everyday acts of love, wisdom, humor, patience, and faith.
In our message, Built Different: A Father’s Day Celebration of Everyday Faith, we'll discover that some of the most powerful lessons are taught not in grand gestures, but in ordinary moments—around dinner tables, in car rides, through encouraging words, and even through a few memorable dad jokes.

Drawing from Deuteronomy 6:4–9 and Luke 15:11–24, we'll celebrate the fathers, mothers, grandfathers, mentors, and role models who have helped guide us and reflect God's loving presence in our lives.

Come ready to laugh, reflect, and give thanks for the people who have helped shape your journey of faith.

We look forward to worshiping with you!

Did you know the stained glass windows in churches often told stories from the Bible or reflected the words of Jesus? Not all churches have such windows BUT you can still hear the old, old stories! And certainly, the words of love and life from Christ Jesus. We worship at 11:00am on 36 Oak Street and ALL are welcome!
