Calvary Solid Ground started as a home Bible study in 1990 and grew to become a fellowship of believers in the lordship of Jesus Christ in June of 1991. We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed to denominationalism, only the overemphasis of doctrinal differences that may lead to unnecessary division in the body of Christ. Therefore, we look to the presence of His love in our lives as

the greatest evidence that we are truly worshiping the Lord Jesus. We are in fellowship with the Calvary Chapel Association (pastor Chuck Smith).

Jesus came under a Jewish context and will come again as a Jewish King. When we get prideful and ignore the plan God has for Israel in the future we will look at Israel today with disdain and lose the message that is so clearly woven throughout scripture. “For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.” Romans 11:25
